Verify Activation Code: Type your code exactly as shown in your letter, respecting capitalization and avoiding spaces or special characters.
Refresh Web Page: Click the 'refresh' or 'reload this page' button in your browser to ensure the enrollment web page has not timed out.
Try Another Browser: Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox if issues persist.
Adjust Computer Settings: Disable VPNs, firewalls, or malware software that might interfere.
